Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Program Cost, Schedule, & Control Analyst or Principal Program Cost, Schedule, & Control Analyst to support Manufacturing as part of the SHORAD Operating Unit, Business Management organization. This position will join our growing team of diverse professionals in Huntsville, Alabama. The Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst will interact with various operating unit, business area, and division staff to analyze, solve, and report program issues and meet reporting requirements. In addition, the Analyst will interface with program managers, functional management, manufacturing management and business managers to provide financial support and analysis. Responsibilities:
Develops and provides charging matrix to all team members
Collaborates with manpower planning
Prepares and analyzes weekly name run and cost variances
Reviews name run and cost variances with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Operations Program Management (OPM)
Develops, prepares, and analyzes performance metrics (actuals and performance)
Maintains and updates estimate to complete (ETCs)
Provides input into basis of estimate (BOEs)
Rectifies charging errors with Program CAMs and Business Management (BM)
Requests of Work Authorizations
Provide forecasts for estimate at complete (EACs) based on remaining scope/schedule
Writes cost impacts to program for added scope
Captures Risks and Opportunities for ETCs
Executes internal work order (IWO) Administrative Actions
Capital Expenditures Support (Prep and approval process)

This position may be filled as a Program Cost, Schedule, & Control Analyst or as a Principal Program Cost, Schedule, & Control Analyst based on the qualifications beow. Basic Qualifications for Program Cost, Schedule, & Control Analyst:
Must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of business, finance, accounting, or related experience
Will also consider:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of business, finance, accounting, or related experience
Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of business, finance, accounting, or related experience
Strong PC skills required with high level Excel skills (specifically the ability to insert pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting, etc.)
Prior financial analysis and/or reporting experience
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active . Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Must be able to work on-site in Huntsville, Alabama

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
