sports and entertainment, fast casual dining and café space. We are a collaborative and energetic Customer
Success organization, focused on understanding what businesses need to operate more efficiently.
Job Description
As a Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will establish, maintain and grow key customer relationships,
while helping solve problems and identify opportunities for account growth. The Enterprise Customer Success
Manager will serve as a thought-leader to the customer's executive layer, while building, executing and
measuring success of those customer's POS strategies.
Responsibilities
-Ensure renewal for strategic accounts
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
-Be a strategic and knowledgeable advisor for customers' IT, operational and business leadership
-Coordinate with Bypass' cross-functional teams to scope and grow new opportunities based on client success
stories built from book of business
-Generate opportunities for upsell and reference within key accounts
-Communicate the progress of an account plan internally/externally on a quarterly basis
-Forecast and track customer health, escalate risks and maintain proactive communication
-Travel 10% for customer visits
Qualifications
-4-year degree required
-5+ years of experience in a strategic customer facing role with a demonstrated track record of success
-Outstanding communication skills with everyone from end users to C-level executives
-A strong desire to learn and define cloud-based enterprise POS in a rapidly growing
-Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
