b'Job Description\nDevelops and executes strategic business plans for strong Public & Labor customer relationships, revenue growth, member retention and achievement of financial objectives.\n\nMeets assigned sales, retention and profitability objectives and seeks opportunities for profitable growth.\n\nActs as strategic business partner to customers and producers to optimize the positioning of Aetna\xe2\x80\x99s products and services and to attain profitability and membership objectives.\n\nDraws from entire spectrum of product line and seeks opportunities to execute cross-sell strategies and add other lines of business.\n\nRetains and cultivates a profitable book of business by coordinating the renewal process.\n\nWorks collaboratively within Aetna and across business functions to ensure\ncustomer needs are understood and key issues are addressed.\n\nThoroughly analyzes and reviews reports and utilization in order to consult with customers, implement appropriate interventions and drive mutually beneficial outcomes for the customer and Aetna.\n\nAnalyzes and reviews reports/data and utilization to assist the customers in understanding key drivers of benefits cost.\n\nRecommends solutions based\non data.\n\nCoordinates resources to ensure a successful case installation of new College degree or equivalent experience\nInsurance license, as required by state and services.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nCollege degree or equivalent experience\nInsurance license, as required by state law.\n\nCOVID Requirements\nCOVID-19 Vaccination Requirement\nCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.\n\n * If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment.
