We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Solutions Marketing Manager who has experience engaging the enterprise with their deep understanding of Field Services & Asset Management. Join us and help IT and business leaders uncover the value of using the industry-leading low code application development platform and adaptive business solutions to solve complex business ideal candidate deeply understands Field Service & Asset Maintenance, from technology to use cases, to customer pains and delivering business successes. We're looking for a Solutions Marketer who can combine their technical and domain-specific knowledge to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for our latest Adaptive Solution: Field Service & Asset Maintenance. We're looking for candidates with backgrounds that demonstrate technical acumen, excellent written communication skills, hands-on curiosity, and a track record of successfully matching technologies with use cases and industries to create solutions that deliver value on top of our Adaptive solutions. Responsibilities:• Gathering input from market research, sales teams, customer interactions, and knowledge of both Mendix and DISW product roadmaps to identify sufficiently large, specific, targeted use cases and/or industries where Mendix can best provide value to customers.• Creating the messaging and positioning that maps the value of Mendix and our latest Field Service & Asset Maintenance solution with customer pain points and complimentary technologies. This may include messaging briefs, persona development, competitive positioning, and other source documents.• Collaborating with demand generation, lead conversion, PR, and AR stakeholders. Act as SME for Campaigns around these joint solution areas, and deliver demos, content, and assets for successful execution. • Partnering with Sales Enablement to educate sales teams on solutions offerings.• Coordinating with Product/Solutions Management and Alliance teams to understand the roadmap and relationship, as is necessary to continue delivering high-quality solutions content and programs. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5-10 years of relevant professional experience• Success working across geographically dispersed teams.• First-hand experience as a technical/solutions marketer, engineer, manufacturing manager, or professional services resource• Success in marketing, selling, or deploying complex products/solutions, such as those that span different companies' product lines, or those that offer a horizontal platform applicable to numerous use cases.• Comfort in interacting with external customers.• Maniacal focus on delivering the best possible outcomes to our customers.
