This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside award-winning Chef/Owner Matt Carter to develop new dishes and execute his Modern Latin cuisine. Our fast-paced restaurant, high-volume restaurant is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Lead Line Cook who is passionate about food and providing our guests with an extraordinary experience every visit. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can manage the kitchen, assigning work and making sure inventory, labor, and food costs are maintained at acceptable levels for the restaurant's success. If you're passionate about the food you prepare and the people you work with, and have at least 5 years' prior experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant, we want to talk to you.
