We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Service Dispatcher to join our team, someone with passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact to our clients, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative and sales support.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist / Service Dispatcher

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional overtime / Saturday

Pay Sale: $ per hour + Benefits

Position Summary: Answering incoming calls. Dispatching and coordinating technicians' schedules. Tracking length of time on call, time left before going to the next appointment, and AR invoicing. Supporting the sales team by following up on leads and scheduling sales appointments.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Experience in customer service, general office duties desired
• Advanced customer service and strong follow up skills
• Aggressive self-starter
• Professional phone skills
• General sales aptitude
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Works well as a team and independently
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians and co-workers
• Ability to give concise information to colleagues to keep communication flowing
• Able to work flexible schedule that may include weekends
