Joint Test and Evaluation Task Manager


The selected candidate will serve as the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Joint Test (JT), Task Manager for a contractor team that will provide support services for the Joint Integrated Fires Control Directed Energy Weapons Air Defense (JIFC-DAD) JT. The JIFC-DAD QRT will develop, test, and validate a joint concept of employment (CONEMP) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to integrate directed energy weapons in the air defense joint fires process. Task Manager duties will include coordination with the KBR JT&E Program Manager, leadership and oversight of a contractor team, direct day-to-day liaison and coordination with the government test director and other stakeholders, coordination of contractor team activities, and development of required QRT deliverables. CONUS travel will be required. The QRT will be located at Nellis AFB, NV.


This position requires a Master's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience. The selected candidate must have demonstrated leadership experience and detailed knowledge of and experience with Test and Evaluation (T&E). The candidate must be proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office family of software including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred Skills:

Support experience with previous JT&E projects is highly desired. Operations Research and System Analysis (ORSA) degree/training or completion of a Service-Accredited Operations Research course is desired. Previous experience with CONEMP/TTP development and/or air defense operations is desired.
