Reports to: Manufacturing Engineer ManagerDescription:Performs engineering/technical assignments required to develop or improve Electrical Systems and Controls during development stages for new model machines and equipment as well support improvement activity for current model and new model equipment during installation and the manufacturing life of the equipment. Also requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of technical activity within their own department and other :Develop schematic drawingsCreate and document panel Console, Electrical Control Panel of PLC and HMI ApplicationsComponent Bill of Material Creation and purchase order Management and Timeline DevelopmentSupport implementation to required Electrical and Safety Value analysis Root cause analysis Continuous improvement Mistake proofing work in a safe manner in compliance with M-TEK policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and for an employee are granted by means of work instructions, policies and procedures and/or direction provided by management to meet the requirements of the :Education Required:4 year Technical Degree in engineering (preferably BSEE, BSME, or BS Mechatronics Engineering) or 5 plus years Electrical and Controls System experience in manufacturing environmentTraining Required: Equipment specific training as Office Experience (Excel, Word, Project).Skills Required: Structured Required:5 years Electrical and Controls System experience in manufacturing Cad Experience - AutoCAD or similar Cad PLC and HMI experience Environment:This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment, and routinely uses standard office equipment The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are exclusive standards of the will follow any other instruction, and perform any other related duties, as may be required by their supervisor.
