Summary/Objective
The Account Coordinator partners with the sales team and is responsible for administrative activities related to sales orders processing from inception through to payment. This is a full-time hourly position based on a hour work-week.
Essential Functions
- Order administration
- Order tracking
- Phone inquiries related to accounts
- Solve account issues by working with internal teams
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by management team
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of office experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Date entry
Desired Skills
- Excellent organizational skills a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- AS 400 JD Edwards knowledge helpful
- Ability work independently and in a team environment
