Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, the Sr. Communications specialist helps drive strategy and execution for a variety of internal communication initiatives that promote team member engagement and align to the company's broader business objectives. This position will oversee the content strategy and maintenance of the company's field communications hub and corporate Intranet, and will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Field Communications, broader internal communications team and business partners to turn this platform into a thriving online community where team members can always access timely, relevant, and compelling content as well as feel connected to our company's mission, strategy, leadership team, and each other. Also acts as general communications support for other key internal communication efforts.
