Serves as a function/business/product compliance risk officer for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) focused on HR performance management processes and incentive compensation program responsible for assisting with internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent and/or assess potential violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that monitors and assesses compliance risk within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM Product and Function coverage teams, and Compliance Testing, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet the function/business/product and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework. Primary responsibilities include assessing and monitoring compliance risk behaviors and providing day-to-day Compliance advice relating to HRs performance management and incentive compensation activities and controls, as well as guidance on the functions applicable rules/laws and interpretation on internal policies and :Assisting in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies and practices for ICRM with a focus on designing and executing compliance monitoring of HRs performance management and incentive compensation activities for compliance with applicable laws, rules and guidance on rules and regulations relating to HR operational issues, as well as, provide transactional approvals and interpretation of internal compliance with regulatory inquiries and/or examinations.
