This Seasonal Recruiter job is for you, if you would enjoy:
Assisting in the company's talent acquisition efforts, including full-cycle recruitment
Working closely with the talent team and colleagues from across the organization
A remote-based position
A temporary assignment for 2-3 months
Seasonal Recruiter Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate and lead external full-cycle recruitment activities in field operations across North America
Create and maintain job descriptions in consultation with Leaders and manage job postings
Screen and interview applicants; and ultimately, finalize offers for successful candidates and transition them to the onboarding process
Partner with Ops team members and HR Business Partners to plan and host virtual and in-person hiring events
Seasonal Recruiter Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team
Strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via written and verbal communication with the confidence to directly interact with senior leadership and proven ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy with a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and not be discouraged
Ability to multi-task and take on large volumes of open positions
Seasonal Recruiter Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices, specifically in Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in SAP Success Factors
Proficiency in ApplicantStack or other ATS system
1-2 years of HR experience in retail or agency industries
