Posting a job on Zoek US is easy.

Simply create your account through our Hirer Portal using this guide.

  • Step 1: Log in to the Hirer Portal and click ‘Post a new Job’ on the dashboard
  • Step 2: Fill out the form with all the details of the role you’re hiring for
  • Step 3: Be sure to include the job type, hours and salary
  • Step 4: Include a detailed description of the role to entice our job seekers.
  • Step 5: Set the requirements and the application cap

If you need to post a large number of job ads, you can use one of our integration partners or our job scraping option.

Work with your team to find your ideal candidates!

On your Hirer account, choose the ‘Company’ option in your dashboard.

Click ‘Invite’ from the menu and fill out the form that appears.

If you are posting via the Pay Per Application, Cost Per Click or our Flexible Free Organic model, you can post an unlimited number of job adverts to advertise on Zoek using your dedicated Hirer portal profile. You can find out more information on our ‘Hirer‘ page.

Please note that if you choose to post via the Subscription job advertising model you will be credited with a certain amount of adverts dependent on your subscription agreement. Visit Zoek to find out more about our Subscription model benefits.

Zoek offers four paid job advertising models as well as the flexible organic job posting model, which is free.

These four core hiring packages we provide, include our Flexible Free Organic model, our Post-Per-Job model, Subscription model, our Cost-Per-Click and Pay-Per-Application models that enable your jobs to be ranked higher and therefore be more visible to applicants.

Please note that unlike other job boards, Zoek allows you to combine our Pay Per JobPay Per Application, Cost Per Click and Free Organic models to suit your specific hiring needs. Therefore, you can advertise individual jobs across our five different models rather than having to use the same one for all your vacancies.

Usually, job ads appear instantly after they’re posted. However, in some cases, it can take between 1-2 days for the ad to post if it has been scraped by us.

Once an ad is posted, it can be viewed by job seekers right away.

Yes. Zoek US offers the Flexible Free Organic payment model for employers on a budget. We also offer free candidate applications to all registered US charities.

Yes. You can find access options on your portal that can limit who can see what. You have four levels of access:

  • Super admin
  • Admin
  • Hirer
  • Finance
